Thank you for your interest in the 2020 TriWaco Triathlon in downtown Waco on Sunday, July 12, 2020! Please provide all required details to apply to be a vendor for the Packet Pickup and Vendor Expo. The application deadline is Friday, June 19, 2020.

Vendor Application

  • The 2020 TriWaco Triathlon will take place on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at Indian Spring Park
  • Sports-related vendors are welcome to set up a booth during athlete registration and packet pick-up on Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Waco Convention Center
  • Expected attendance is about 1,000
  • Vendor entry costs $400 and includes a 10'x10' space with one table and two chairs
  • Application Deadline: June 19, 2020 or until all spots are full
  • Vendor Space will be assigned at the Waco Chamber of Commerce's discretion
