11:00a: Athlete Briefing and Course Review  hosted by the race director, Frank Cortese of Tri-Now endurance & events

1:00p: Transition Clinic hosted by Bicycle World at 112 Mary Ave. Waco, Texas 76701.

2:00p: Waco TriClub swim practice at race swim start (View Course Maps page) • NOTE: Waivers must be signed by all, which are provided by the Waco TriClub. The practice swim is in a designated area per agreement with the river authorities.

3:30p: Athlete Briefing and Course Review hosted by the race director, Frank Cortese of Tri-Now endurance & events

Athlete is responsible for having all gear set up by transition close time at 6am. Please arrive early to avoid delays in body marking and bike check.

6:30 am Olympic Race rolling start – Green Caps
Self-seed by projected swim completion time

~6:50 am Sprint Race rolling start – Pink Caps *sprint racers line up immediately after olympic start
Self-seed by projected swim completion time

~9:00 am Sprint Awards
~9:30 am Olympic Awards

11:30 am Race Course Closes

7a – 10a H-E-B Kid’s Zone

Come by and play! The H-E-B Kid’s Zone will be open 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. near the suspension bridge finish line. The YMCA will have a bounce house, arts and crafts.

This is the best local race I've done in Central Texas. This includes every event of the Texas Tri Series and the Austin 70.3. The bike course is fast and flat, while the run course is very challenging. The finish line on the historic bridge is fantastic.
